Brittany's Bachelorette Weekend

Friday

I did a few things around the house and then mowed grass.  I went to hang out with Niki that afternoon.  She is doing a bootcamp right now and I did her friday workout with her and it was a good calorie burn!!  We hung out that night and watched some Sons of Anarchy and did each others nails for the weekend.

 

Saturday

I got up and went to body pump at the gym then came home to get ready.  We were planning on leaving around 12:30 but to get 14 girls ready to go at the same time is not easy!  We had a blast on the way down there and even made 2 "music videos" which are hilarious!!  We all got checked in to the hotel and decided to start getting ready to leave.

Sunday

After getting in really early this morning, we got up and ate some breakfast then headed back to IL.  We had such a good time and the ride home was much quieter than the ride there!  We got back to Niki's and took a nap then I headed home to do laundry and get ready for the work week.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday
I woke up early on Friday so I could work at the restaurant for a little bit.  After I left there, I ran some errands to finish up some stuff for a friends bachelorette party tomorrow.  Of course, I decided to do a litte DIY at the last minute.  I came home and started on that project then ran to Target.  I ended up spending way to much time there but not very much money!!  #winning  I came home and finished cleaning my house since some of the bachelorette party was going to be at my house tomorrow. 

Saturday
I woke up early because I wanted to go to my friend Niki's, oldest son's parade that he was marching in but it was raining so I didn't go.  I went back to sleep and got up later to start getting ready for the party.  I still hadn't decided on what to wear so I went to Maurice's to see if I could find something I like better.  I'm loving their skinny jeans/jeggings or whatever they are called and I had a coupon, so I bought boots too!!  I have been looking for new boots for a while and haven't found any that I totally love yet and these are adorable!

We met at Chili's to eat to start out.  We had plans afterwards but the bride didn't know what they were.

We came back to my house to eat cake and play some cheesy bachelorette party games!  We had a blast and laughed so hard!!

The glasses were my last minute DIY.  I put a ringpop, tylenol, a glow bracelet and gum in each one.  I didn't take a picture of them all sitting there but I think one of the other girls might have.  I thought they turned out really cute.  I saw them on pinterest here.  We then left here and headed in to town to go out and do some dancing.

At the first place we went, we were dancing and I saw Emily and had to have my picture taken with her!!  She taught Niki & I how to put eyelashes on correctly on YouTube!!  I immediately sent this picture to Niki because I knew she would be just as excited!!

 

Sunday

I was very happy to wake up and not feel awful like I did after the last bachelorette party I went to.  I didn't have any plans for today so I just cleaned up what was still left out from the party and just watched some tv.  Lindsay sent me a text saying that she had bought me something and I get this picture.....

yep, that's a hashtag and I love it!!!

Weekend Wrap-Up {August 23-25}

Friday
I worked all day at the restaurant then came home and cleaned up my house.  Lindsay was coming over early in the morning.

Saturday
Lindsay got here around 8 this morning, of course, I was still in bed even though I knew she was coming!  We got ready and went to my spin class at the gym.  It kicked our a** but we loved it and the instructor was nice to look at, it made an early morning class so much better!!  We came home and got ready for Anne's bachelorette party!!!

Weekend Wrap-Up

I was up early to do what I always do on Fridays and meet Niki out to shop!  We had a limited amount of time and a long list to accomplish.  I had CPR that evening.  It was in a really small room and there were 11 of us all on the floor giving our mannequins CPR....not fun!  I swear my palm was bruised from pushing so hard because the instructor kept telling me I wasn't going down the full 2 inches!  HA!!!  At least I'm good for 2 years now!  I came home and hung my new clock above my TV.  My mom was here to visit for 2 days and I will have to recap that in a whole different post because I need to take pictures of everything we did!  Love you Mom {{hugs}}

Saturday
I got up and had a nail appointment early then went to get a spray tan!!  This salon just got a new spray tanning system and it was amazing!!!  I got a gorgeous color and can't wait to get another one before a wedding this weekend!  After that, I went to my BFF's house to hang out and get ready for a Bachelorette Party that night.

We were decked out in boas, beads and feathery masks!!  It was so fun!!

They were all in these gigantic heels and their feet were killing them, this was at the end of the night!

After the limo dropped us off back at our cars, we made a little stop by taco bell and then were all on our way home.  It was such a fun night and I can't wait for their wedding next month!!

 

Sunday

I spent most of the day sleeping then it was time to get ready for work.  I worked all night and will do for the next 3 days!! 

I'm so excited for next weekend because I'm finally going home!  I haven't been home since Christmas.  A good friend is getting married then it's Easter with the family.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday
Today started the Bachelorette Party Weekend!!  I was up early to shower, get ready and pack my car so I could be on the road by 8:30.  I met my sister, Lindsay, at her house and we went to get our toes done before we needed to leave.  We came back to her house and packed up her car so we were ready to leave when everybody else did.  We got on the road around 1:00 and met up with 3 other car loads at the cabin (which I didn't get a picture of) and started to unload everything.  The amount of stuff we all brought with us was crazy!!  We were definitely going to have plenty to eat and drink!

So after a really late night, we were still up pretty early because we were all excited to get out on the boat!!!

So after a whole day on the boat, we headed back to the cabin and showered and then ate dinner.  We all brought lots of wings, dips, cheese ball, chips and other dips, cookies, cake and so much more!!  We were stuffed!!  Then, Danielle opened up all her gifts that we bought her.  She was a little embarrassed so no pictures of that!!  So much fun!!

We all got up and packed up so we could be out of the cabin by 10am!  It was such a fun weekend and the wedding is going to be here in no time!!  Lindsay and I left and headed back to her house.  We were so exhausted and we ended up napping for a few hours.

I left her house around 4 and headed to my parents house to see them before heading back home.  I hung out for a while and talked to mom about the weekend.  I finally left for home a little after 6. 

It was such a great weekend and probably one of the best bachelorette parties I've ever gone to!!!  So excited for the wedding!!
