Weekend Wrap-Up (June 12-14)

 

Friday

I got to spend the majority of the day by the pool with my BFF.  We had so much fun, synchronized swimming with floaty rings (and maybe a few drinks before that)!  It was hilarious!!

 

Saturday

One of our co-workers is moving away and we had a winery day for a going away party.  We met at a place to eat to start the day off!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday

I worked all day then went to hang out with Niki that night. 

 

Saturday

I got up early and went to the gym for pump class, ran some quick errands then came home and mowed the grass.  1242 calories burned later I was done!  I then went to watch Dawson play some ball at one of the local parks.  It had been raining off and on that afternoon but it did quit long enough for his team to get two games in and win both.  I went back to their house, they grilled out and we watched the new movie Thor and I made turtle brownies.....they were so yum!!

 

Sunday

Some girls from work had plans to go to the winery today.  The weather was perfect!!

We spent the day soaking up the sun, drinking wine, eating snacks, sending way too many snapchats, people watching, talking about work, singing along with the one woman band and just having a good time!!!  These kinds of Sunday's are my favorite!!

 



Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday
Yesterday, my sister called to tell my that I had won something from Kiki La'Rue on Instagram!!!!  I was so excited!!  I enter to win stuff all the time and never get picked!

I had a hair appointment this morning.  I had been sick all this week and was finally starting to feel a little better.  I had been taking cold medicine around the clock the past couple of days.  I didn't feel bad when I woke up so I didn't take anything before I left my house, that was a mistake!  Luckily, I had put medicine in my purse and took some when I left there, I felt like it took forever to finally kick in.  I got my nails done that afternoon....

I came back home and tried to watch Grey's and Scandal since the storms on Thursday night had the news covering the weather for the 2 hours while those shows were on. 

I met my friend Andrea at her house so we could go eat for her birthday with some of her other friends.  We didn't take one single picture, I was so sad.  We went to eat sushi and came back to her house to drink some wine and talk.  We were the only two still awake and talking before we knew it!!

 

Saturday

I got up and actually felt good for the first day all week!!  I went to the gym then went to get some groceries for the week.  After I got home, my sister facetimed me so I could see my oldest niece off to prom!!  I made them take a picture with me.....

Andrea was wanting to go to a local winery that night to listen to a guy that plays the guitar and sings, so I started getting ready so I could meet up with her.  It was supposed to be a group of people but it ended up being only us!!  We had so much fun!!

Sunday

It was the last church service in our building today and it was such a good service!!  I had plans to go to lunch with Deana and Elly afterwards.  We went back to her house to hang out for a little bit and Elly got to show me some of her dances and gymnastics routines.  I came home to finish up my laundry and get things ready for my work week.

Friday

I met my BFF to do some shopping, it was payday Friday and all.  We got groceries and also did a little shopping for ourselves and I did a little Christmas shopping!!!

After we left the wineries, I went to Niki's for a bonfire.  We ate s'mores and sat around the fire until it got to cold to stay outside.  We came in and the girls played cards while the guys watched a game or something.  We had so much fun!!

I did my normal today, cleaned, laundry, grocery shopped and tried a new recipe that Niki gave me.  It was so good and I finally made chicken that actually tasted good!!!

 

Weekend Wrap-Up (June 7-9)

Friday
I slept most of the day then met some friends at a winery for a few hours.  I came home and crashed!!  I watched some PLL of course!

Saturday
I worked today at the restaurant then ran a few errands after work.  I ended up going to T's house that evening and he fell asleep on me pretty early.  I stayed up and watched a movie then fell asleep myself!

Sunday
I got up and was planning on meeting some girls at the winery for the day.

Friday
I worked at the restaurant all day and then came home and watched more Scandal.  Do ya'll watch that show??  I love love LOVE it!!!  I'm finally caught up with the most recent episode.  I didn't do much else that night because I had to be up early to work the next day.

Saturday
I worked all day then met up with Runge to make good on my bet!!  We bet on the Indiana vs. Illinois game and since I lost I had to buy his sushi lunch.  I then went to Dillard's to

I came home and took a nap then felt like doing nothing!!  I ended up doing some cleaning but that was it.  I started watching Private Practice again.  I had watched it during the regular season in the beginning but ended up not keeping up with it so I started where I left off.  I haven't gotten really into it yet but all the talk about Addison wanting a baby makes me want to vomit!  I say that stuff all the time!!  Geez...

 

Sunday

I got up and decided to meet some friends at the winery.  I had plans to do nothing today, but since I did nothing all weekend, I changed my mind!  I met them at a place called Walkers Bluff.  There was a really cute guy there with another guy but I didn't have enough nerve to say anything to him.  I kept catching his eye every time I looked over at him, I should have just gone over there but didn't.  He left before we did so I missed my chance, my huge, long, 2 hour chance I had!  #scaredycat  We went to get something to eat then went to hang out at one of our friends house.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday

I spent the day working at the restaurant.  I was so tired all day and had little energy by the end of the night.  I just came home and read a little then went to bed...and I think did some laundry.  I needed to be in bed early anyway because I had to get up early to go back to work in the morning.

 

Saturday

I worked 6-2 at the restaurant and then came home to shower and change clothes so I could meet my friend from work to do a little shopping.  We did some damage at Dillard's!!

After Jess and I were done shopping, I headed down to Niki's to hang out with her and Ryker.  He loves his new playmat!!

Later on the night, we decided to rent the movie Campaign.  I was not impressed and thought it was pretty stupid.  Will Ferrell was rather obnoxious but Zach Galifianakis was hilarious!!  (Yes, I had to look up how to spell his name)

 

Sunday

Some of us girls from work made plans to go to the wineries today.  We met around noon at the first one and had so much fun from then on out!!!
