Danielle & Jeremiah's Wedding {Part 1}

So one of my best friends since middle school got married last weekend and I took a ton of pictures!  These next couple of post will be pictures from the wedding.  {It's going to be several posts because resizing pictures gets tiring and I'm in the middle of working my stretch this week}
Saturday morning, we were all up by 6am and ready to get the day started.  I had one of the earlier hair appointment times so I left around 6:30 to head back to my parents to get ready before my hair appointment.  I was so excited about getting my hair done because I love big hair and I was planning on getting it!!  I'm pretty sure I succeeded!!

Madelyn after getting her hair done.  She wasn't thrilled to be sitting in the chair and was a little overwhelmed when she first got there.  She was a trooper though and her Momma got her settled and used just the right words to get her to do it!!

Weekend Wrap-Up (A week late...)

So last weekend, one of my best friends got married.  I drove home on Thursday after working all night then going to a Dr's appointment.  I was exhausted by the time I got to my parents house.  I talked to mom for a while then was planning on meeting Danielle but ended up falling asleep.  I talked to her after I woke up and she had plans that night so I ran to the mall to try to find something to wear for the rehearsal dinner the next night.  It was a failed attempt so I just headed home and would just wear something I brought with me. 

Friday
I woke up and went to my pedicure appointment and the wedding detail phone calls started!!  Me, the bride, the maid of honor and the matron of honor finished up some small details and then I headed over to my spray tan appointment.  I love the spray tan!!  I met the bride and her mom and sister at the rehearsal dinner site to decorate and then we all headed home to get ready.  We met at the ceremony site at 4p.m. and it was all a whirlwind from there!!

After the rehearsal, we headed to The Pub for dinner and it was so good.  We had birthday cake since it was the matron of honors birthday.  We all made it through without crying which was good because tomorrow was gonna be a whole different story!!

Mom made brunch for all of us then I got ready and headed back to IL for a date.  A second date in fact, with a guy named Josh.  We had a great time!!!  Maybe one of these days I will go in to greater detail but right now I'm just enjoying it!!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday
I had a nail appt at 10 then was planning on getting all of my errands done.  I got groceries, went to Dillards and then to Target.  I was sad that I didn't find anything at Target...surprising huh??  I came home and ended up falling asleep.  I know that sounds like I'm lazy but my body just doesn't stay awake during the day, it's so used to having to stay up all night.  Anyway, I got up and got ready to head in to work at 3.  We had a pretty slow night because the weather was so nasty.  Cold and rainy...that just makes everybody want to stay in!!  I came home and watched Grey's Anatomy!

Saturday
I was supposed to go meet Andrea at a cheerleading practice but I turned off my alarm instead of snoozing....woops!!  I got up and did a little shopping and found some fabulous new jeans!!  Miss Me and Rock Revival, I'm pretty sure they have replaced Silvers!  So I got home and kept myself busy cleaning up and doing dishes and laundry so I couldn't get nervous about my date later on that night.  EEk!! 

Sunday
Slept in for most of the day so I could stay up to work all night tonight and the next 3 nights.  I made banana bread and finished laundry.  Now it's time to get ready for work because the sooner it's over the sooner I'm home to see one of my BFF's tie the knot!!!!  YAY!!!  Be ready for picture overload next weekend!!!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday

On Friday, I slept in then got ready to head to work. I was supposed to have a date after work but that did not happen. I have some idea why I think it didn't happen but I'm trying not to think that way. All well, his loss! After work, I went to Niki's house to hang out with some friends and get some cuddle time in with Ryker!

Saturday

I got up bright and early and got myself ready to head to Nashville with some girls from work. Our first stop was here!! It was so BUSY!! We got lots of good deals and were worn out by the time we left at around 4:30. (Pardon all the iPhone & Instagram pictures-Follow me @Krystal308)

 

We were supposed to be 8 minutes away from our hotel......2 1/2 hours later we arrived at the hotel!!
Little did we know, it was Tennessee State University homecoming and I think a Titans game as well....traffic was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!  I read a magazine, Kristin messed with her new iPhone, Jennifer merged her contacts on her phone and Abby played music.  We made it through the 2 hours the best we could.  Finally we got there and I had never been so happy to see a bathroom!!  We checked in and started getting ready to head out for the night!!

And evidently thought we were Cheerleaders again!!

Sunday

We had such a great time last night and when the alarm went off this morning, none of us wanted to get up!!  We all showered and got ready to get something to eat and do a little more shopping.  I wasn't looking for anything in particular but they had a Pottery Barn!!  I had never been to one before and I was in heaven!!  I wanted to buy furniture more than ever!!  I want to do everything in white, tan, grey, yellow....the neutrals were calling my name!!  I just about bought all new bedding but talked myself out of it. 

On our way home, we stopped at Patti's in Kentucky.  We used to eat there when we were in college.  It is a beautiful place with amazing food!!  The flower pot bread and strawberry butter is my fave!!

 

Butterscotch pecan pie!!  I don't normally order desserts but this is a must here!!

After we stuffed ourselves to the max, we walked around to a couple shops then headed on back home.  I got home just in time to catch the last 20 minutes of Once Upon a Time.  I then watched Revenge and Park Avenue.  Love Revenge and haven't quite made up my mind about Park Avenue.  Hope everybody had a great weekend!!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday

I got up and went to my nail appointment.  I keep thinking that I will change and get a new color or something but I just went with my regular and got normal french.  HA!!  I got sushi take out for lunch then got ready for work that afternoon.  We had a decent crowd for a Friday night!

 

Saturday

I worked that morning then came home and got ready to go to Niki's.  I hadn't seen Ryker since he was born so I had to go visit.  I didn't bring my camera but I did take some with my phone.  We hung out and watched Battleship.  It was so good!!! 

Sunday

I slept in and then got up and got ready to head down to Niki's.  She was home by herself with Ryker so I went down to hang out with them.  We got to talk and hang out. 

I came home and watched some more Samantha Who? on netflix.  Love Netflix!!  I don't realize how much time passes when I'm watching it!  Now I have to get ready for a going away party for one of our Doctors.  I've gotta work tonight so I'm going to stop by on my way.  Hope everybody had a great weekend!!
