Weekend Wrap-Up

Friday
I went in to work today to give tours of the new ER at the hospital I work at.  I've been working in the ER for a little over a year now and of course the new one will open about 2 weeks after I go to my new job.  All well, I'm so very much looking forward to my new job!!  Several news crews were there and I was on the news!!  You can go here if you want to check it out!  We also took this hilarious picture!

We all had a pretty good time!!  I've had a cold for several days now so I came home after we were done and pretty much just layed on the couch the rest of the day.  I ended up going to Target and Sears later that evening to look around and get a few things.

Saturday

I didn't sleep very well because of this darn cold so I was up at 7:30.  It was raining!!!  I had lots of cleaning and straightening up to do and got it all done by noon or so.  I even got out my Christmas tree.  (Last year I just unplugged it and put it in a closet, so all I had to do was get it out and plug it in!  haha!!  I did remake my bow of course!)  I went to the gym and then came home to get ready to go to Mike & Niki's to hang out with some friends.  They all played cards and I watched and played with the kiddos.  I didn't take a single picture....craziness!! 

Sunday

I got up and headed to church and it was so nice because somebody asked me if I wanted to come sit with them because I was in a pew by myself.  Casey, Deana & Elly were on the way so I wasn't going to be sitting by myself but I just thought that was so nice that she asked.  I was home for a little bit then went to Nikki's baby shower.  There were so many people there, she had a great turnout!!

I came home and made more hairbows and got caught up on my blog reading.  It was a pretty great weekend and I'm pretty sure next weekend is going to be even better!!
