One of my favorite weekends of the year

Friday

I had my make-up hair appointment then met Niki out to run some errands.  I then went back to her house to get ready for the Little Black Dress party that night.  Ryker got my camera out of my bag and was so excited to take some pictures, granted they were almost all of the ceiling fan!!

I hit the road as soon as the party was over to head to Evansville for Koester Girls Camping weekend.  It was acutally "glamping weekend" this year!!

 

Saturday

We didn't go to sleep till almost 2am but we were all up by 8 that morning.  We sat in Aunt Lori's gorgeous kitchen drinking coffee, talking and hoping the sun would come out and warm the temperature up!  We ate some yummy breakfast then headed outside.  The sun had finally come out but it was still windy.  She has this great patio but we ended up sitting in the driveway in between the camper and the garage and the house so we didn't feel the wind as much.   We wanted to do something so we got out the washer boards and played that.

We got back and hung out for a while.  Aunt Susie and Jennifer got there with pizza, so we all ate dinner and then Grandma wanted us to do the gift exchange before it got dark.  This is always one of our favorite parts!

We played Cards against Humanity and hung out for a while.  We were all cold and went in to watch a movie.  I think we were all asleep within 15 minutes!!

 

Sunday

We were all up early once again, drank several pots of coffee and then headed outside to hang out for a little bit.  We all started to leave around noon to head home.  Lindsay and I ran to the mall because we each had some things to return.  I came home and moved my jungle of a yard!  I got to the back yard and found a broken glass coke bottle and didn't think anything of it till I found several more. 

It pisses me off considering I have a fenced in yard!!  Probably some stupid kids did it, I'm just glad I saw it before I cut myself on it!

Not really.  I've been to some football games around here but not regularly.

The pumpkin patch....not that I've actually gone

My best friend Danielle's wedding!!

Thanksgiving....love all that yummy food!!

I worked today at the restaurant till 3 then hurried home to shower and get ready for the Ravishing in Red party that night.  Check out these pictures!!

So these 3 girls were trying to turn on my camera and they turned and pushed every button possible and eventually got it but this is how the pictures were turning out....luckily I was able to fix it!  The next several pictures are the product of Stephanie and Beth with my camera....

We all had such a good time!!!  For those of you who don't know, Ravishing in Red was a "little black dress" party just for women.  Last year it was Pretty in Pink.  We were trying to guess what it will be next year!

Saturday

I spent most of the day on the couch (no Mom, I was not hungover) because it was rainy outside and I didn't have any energy to do anything else!  I showered and got ready then went to get some groceries.  I got standby for work so I came home and made chicken and dumplings and green bean casserole.  It was so so so good!!  I talked to my sister Lindsay on the phone for a while and then got on the computer for a while.  I got on damnyouautocorrect.com and laughed for several hours, crying I was laughing so hard.  I started texting Lindsay and we were sending pictures of them back and forth, I got a little confused and called her back and we were laughing so hard!!!!  We just kept laughing and laughing!!  Fun times!! 

Sunday

I got up pretty early but not early enough to go to church.  It was rainy and nasty outside again so you know what that means....no energy for Krystal!  I layed on the couch, drank coffee and watched The Lincoln Lawyer and let me tell you, it was so good!!!!  I loved it!!  I thought at one point that it was going to be really confusing but then I understood and it was so good.  If you haven't seen it and you like suspenseful type movies you will probably like it!!  After that, I got up and cleaned up my bedroom and put all my clean clothes away, then ironed all my scrubs for work (because I waited so long to put my laundry away they were a bit wrinkled to say the least).  Now I'm looking forward to Desperate Housewives tonight and PanAm!!!
