Weekend Wrap-Up (Dec. 12-14)

Then Sunday was cookie day.

Katie had aprons made for the girls and hats made for the guys

Kelsey was tired from the dance the night before and Nate took that as an opportunity to play on her phone!!

Weekend Wrap-Up (Dec.5-7)

Another Christmas dance for my nieces is in the book.  They usually get ready at my parent's house and take pictures there.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving week wasn't only about Thanksgiving this year because we were finding out if Baby P was a boy or a girl on the Wednesday before!!!  Everything that could be pink or blue was pink or blue!!  It was so fun!!

It's a BOY!!!!

On the morning of Thanksgiving my sisters and I went to run the Turkey Day 5k. 

We saw some of our cousins there and decided we will continue to do this together!!

Considering I don't run really at all, I was pretty proud of my time!!  LOL!!  Maybe 2015 will be better!

I didn't take a single picture on Thanksgiving and this is after the second time we went out Black Friday Shopping!!

When I got home I decided to put these out since it was so nice outside!

Oh and I'm going back to school!!!

Weekend Wrap-Up (Nov. 21-23)

 

The weekend I stayed at my BFF's house and her mom and I watched the kids.  It's always a fun but exhausting time!

Weekend Wrap-Up (Nov. 7-9)

I don't remember much about this weekend, reason number 426 why I should do this as the weeks go on instead of waiting till after the year is already over!  I do know that we were sitting at Joni's house watching Finding Nemo and Ryker was very interested in it!!

And maybe even a little scared!!

We sat upstairs while they were all downstairs and watched The Fault in our Stars (???was that the name of the movie???)  Anyway, I cried like a baby but it was still a good movie.

Weekend Wrap-Up (Oct. 17-19)

Friday

It was our annual camping weekend.  The weather was going to be so much nicer than it was last weekend when it rained the whole time!

Saturday

We hiked around the lake, cooked lunch on the fire, just hung out for the day.  Danielle and Jeremiah came over that afternoon and we took some maternity pictures for them.

It took us about 15 tries to get this picture!

I met some friends for margaritas and chips and salsa.  We had so much fun!!

I headed to Evansville for my Grandparent's 25Th wedding anniversary lunch.

Week Wrap-Up

Thursday was finally my last orthodontist appointment!!  They took final pictures and my retainers!!!

It was worth every penny!!

Mary's is a nice restaurant here in town and I had never been before.  I had heard how great it was and it did not disappoint!!  We had a whole spread of appetizers, pumpkin, apple and leek soup, ceasar salad, my entree was steak, shrimp, baked potato, croissant and melon, then cheesecake for dessert!!!  It was entirely too much!!  I took almost my entire dinner and cheesecake to a friend of mine for dinner.  It was really good though!!

Friday

I was on call today but I didn't get called in.  I met Niki out shopping and then we decided to have a pizza night at her house.  I picked up Papa Murphy's on the way down to her house.  Ryker helped me make his little pizza.  He mostly just ate the cheese and pepperoni off of it though!

We sat and watched all the good tv from Thursday night since I was at that dinner and didn't get to watch any of them.  She had some empty bikes for her spin class the next morning so I told her I would come to it. 

 

Saturday

I was up early to get all my stuff together for the day since I knew I would be gone all day.  I headed down to Goreville for her spin class. 

606 calories!!  I'll take it!!  It was a really good class, I wish I could always go to it!!

We went back to her house to change clothes and go to her other house to work on it.  Her husband had knocked out both the chimney's so we moved all the brick and torn down drywall out of the house.  We went back to her house to get cleaned up to go to a bonfire at her moms house.  It was cold but it was fun to get to hang out with everybody.

Sunday

I woke up to a freezing cold house!!  I didn't even want to get out of bed!  I finally did, ran some errands, mowed the yard, did some laundry and finally sat down to watch some more of The Good Wife.  Now, I guess it's time to finish folding the laundry and get ready to start the week.
